Terms & Conditions

Honeysuckle & Roses sell decorative vintage items. Given the nature of the products sold, they are unique one off pieces. With this in mind, please be aware that these items will not be 'new' in their condition and may have marks, scuffs and imperfections. In many cases this is what gives these pieces their character, charm and appeal.




Payment: Payments are processed via Paypal but please remember you can use your credit or debit cards for payments, even if you don’t have an actual Paypal account. Please note: we do not accept cheques.

Delivery: items will be dispatched within approximately 3-4 working days. If however you require your purchase sooner, please get in touch via email about express delivery options. During particular busy periods where we are sourcing stock in France or selling at fairs, shipping may take a day or two longer than normal. We apologise if this happens but please know we try our best to get things to you asap.


We normally use either Royal mail or a courier service for delivery. We keep proof of postage for every item sent.


We take utmost care in wrapping your purchase in order to protect it during transit. If you find that your item has suffered damage during its journey to you, please email me with pictures of the damage in the first instance.


Items lost during dispatch to you will be dealt with in accordance with the courier company or Royal Mails lost items policies.


Returns: Please ensure you are 100% certain of your item before continuing with your payment.

Requests for a refund must be made within 14 days of purchase.

On returning your item, it must be in the same condition as shown in the pictures or we won't accept a return. We try to show and describe as many of the damages as possible in the pictures. Please be aware that vintage items are not in perfect condition, most of them have signs of wear, chips, scratches, etc...


If you wish to return, the buyer is responsible for paying postage and package the item securely, the same way it was received. We will not refund if the item is broken or damaged due to poor packaging.

Once we've seen that the item has been received in the same condition that it was originally sent, we will proceed with refunding your money to you
